Please follow the below process.

1. Goto to Partner Registration link : https://registration.hclpartnerconnect.com/partnerregistration

2. Click on Create Account. Fill the registration form Click on REGISTER button

   For verification , Click confirm button from your inbox .

   Again Login Partner Registration : https://registration.hclpartnerconnect.com/partnerregistration

3. Click on REGISTER COMPANY button . Fill the form and submit

4. BP Application will be approved by internal partner. Will be notified by email.

5. Once your partner profile is approved will be notified by email.

6. After BP approval you are all set for Deal Registration / Software Partner Pack Order generation.

Please follow the below process.
1. Login in Customer registration. https://registration.hclpartnerconnect.com/CustomerRegistration

2. Click on Create Account Fill the registartion form Click on REGISTER button

3. Mail will be triggered to customer Click on Confirm button from inbox.

4. Login in Customer registration

5. CHOOSE COMPANY and Save

6. Select Role and Save

- It means customer is not approved. Customer is approved when its profile are mapped with company account

- Assign such incident/ PR to Assignment Group : HCL L3 Customer Success
- Customer Success team will map this customer. After mapping of customer profile record created in CRM then customer can select Roles by login in Customer registration portal.

- Check status here first
- If pending then either partner are new and created BP onboarding application for company registration. For that approval need to connect our Internal Partner Team.
OR
Partner must have sent association request to primary contact to get approval.
How to check who is primary contact of any company by HCLID
1. Select radio box "HCLID"
2. Enter HCLID and search. You can get his email id in company's section.

Process:
1.Open to Partner Registration : https://registration.hclpartnerconnect.com/partnerregistration

2.Click on Create Account Fill the registration form Click on REGISTER button

3.Fill the form and submit
4.BP Application will be approved by internal partner. Will be notified by email.
5.After BP approval you are all set for Deal Registration/SPP Order generation.

6.Once your partner profile is approved will be notified by email. .

Process:
1.Open to Partner Registration : https://registration.hclpartnerconnect.com/partnerregistration

2.Click on SELECT MY COMPANY button



3.Search by HCLID Or Company name [Note : Either search by company name or HCLID]

4.Select primary Contact (Radio Button)


5.Click OK.

6.Now Primary person will approve this company association and you will get approval mail. .
